We hold up a mirror to the collective and individual leadership of how they are faring against the Legitimate Leadership criteria which clarifies the changes in leadership behaviour which they need to make. We also determine the organisational changes (in terms of structures and systems) which need to be made to support a sustainable implementation of the Legitimate Leadership framework.
We provide a number of consulting/advisory services to client organsations throughout a Legitimate Leadership intervention. These consulting/advisory services seek to build an organisational context which is conductive to sustaining the Legitimate Leadership behaviours and practices built through the process of establishing, diagnosing and remediating against the criteria for legitimate power. These consulting /advisory services have been developed in the process of working with a diverse range of organisations to implement the Legitimate Leadership model over the last 20 years.
